Service Description
A discovery call is an important first step in the coaching process. Discovery calls in coaching are an opportunity for the coach and the potential client to connect and discuss the potential client's goals, challenges, and needs. It is also a chance for the coach to share their coaching style, philosophy, and experience.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change and unexpected events may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for a scheduled coaching session, you will be charged the full session fee. We strive to be flexible and accommodating with our clients, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of an emergency or unforeseeable circumstance that prevents you from attending a session, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to our cancellation policy.
